Learn how to navigate the new Gateway Status Page in 7.9, and how to use the built in tools to troubleshoot any problems that the Gateway may have. Areas of the Gateway that are having issues are higlighted in red-orange in the Status Page. Performance of the Gateway is now tracked for a short period of time providing information on what resources the gateway was using during times when an issue may have been occuring. Click on any faults to see an error or message as to why that particular object is faulted. Easily copy errors out to make sending information to Inductive Automation Tech Suppport a breeze.
