(open in window)[00:00] Transferring a license between two Ignition Gateways is very simple. You'll notice, I have an old ignition gateway on a remote server that is licensed. I have a new gateway that start locally without a license. On our old gateway, I'm gonna want to go to the configure section and go to the licensing page. We'll see our license here, we'll see a trash can button on the right that says Un-activate license. We're going to click that button, we'll make sure we really want to un-activate, go ahead and click Yes. It maybe useful to write down your old CD key before you do this. Once it finishes, it now un-activated our license on this server. Now we simply need to go to the new gateway. Go to the licensing page, select activate, entering our license key. Once that finishes, now our new gateway is licensed with our same license key. And our old gateway is no longer license.
